Justin Davis

My Story

Born into an oilfield culture, Justin has never been a stranger to hard work. The son of an engineer, Justin had a unique childhood. He lived in various places across the globe, including eight moves before his first year in high school. Justin has lived in cold-war Europe, the swamps of South Louisiana (where it was rumored that he wrestled alligators—he did not), Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Florida. The experience Justin gained in his early years shaped not only his outlook on life, but also his ability to instantly connect with people of diverse cultures, customs, and ways of life. It is a skill that serves Justin well in jury trials.

Justin double majored in Philosophy and English Literature at Texas Tech University. He was active in Sigma Nu fraternity and made President’s List. After Texas Tech, Justin attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was a member of the ADR Society. Justin excelled in trial advocacy in law school and had the opportunity to participate in moot court at the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.  After law school, Justin interned with the fourth largest District Attorney’s office in the country (Houston), before establishing his roots in the Rio Grande Valley.

Justin has over a decade of experience representing clients in 3rd and 1st party personal injury cases, premises liability cases, food poisoning cases, and breach of contract suits. He has tried cases all over the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas. Justin even tried a case with a fractured molar. Respected by both defense counsel and plaintiff’s attorneys, Justin has worked on both sides of the bar with remarkable success.

In his free time, Justin enjoys the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and spending time with his two daughters.  Justin previously served on the City of Edinburg Zoning Board of Adjustments for 3 years from 2012-2015, volunteers his time with the Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas, and has coached t-ball with the Boys and Girls Club of McAllen. Justin works hard, remains dedicated to his children, and excels in the courtroom.
